Refund Policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
